Nancy Naomi Zellner, 76, of Easton, PA, passed away on January 9, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. She was born on October 12, 1948, in Allentown, PA.
Nancy graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1966. Her professional career included providing medical support at Matheny Hospital for many years. In her free time, she was a care giver and volunteer for special needs young adults. Most recently, she was a crossing guard for the Lopatcong Police Department.
Family meant everything to Nancy. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. Nancy enjoyed cheering on her grandchildren during sporting events with her cowbell (a.k.a.: “Team Grandma”). She was an active member at church, including St. Joseph’s where she was in choir, and St. Philip and St. James. Nancy loved karaoke, dancing, traveling, and listening to Elvis & Patsy Cline. One of her favorite holidays was Halloween and she would host the best parties. Playing Uno with her grandkids always made her happy.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Carol Zellman and husband, Arnold, her son, Ronald Craig, Jr. and wife, Sherry, her grandchildren: Ryan Sutton, Sarah Sutton, Logan Casey, Gavin Casey and Carter Craig. Nancy also leaves behind her companion, David Jiorle. Nancy was predeceased by parents, Curtis and Betty Zellner, her brother, Curtis Zellner Jr and her daughter, Karen Casey.
A Viewing is scheduled for Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM the following morning, Friday, January 17, 2025, at St. Philip and St. James Church, 430 S. Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. The Burial will then take place at the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township, PA.
