Dale C. Kilpatrick, Sr.

Dale C. Kilpatrick, Sr., 80, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 12, 2026.

Born on August 22, 1946, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Russel and Marguerite (Unangst) Kilpatrick.

A proud graduate of Easton Area High School, Dale served his country from 1966 to 1967 in Vietnam. He served as an Army Intel Analyst during the Vietnam War, stationed at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in Saigon, Vietnam. His service was marked by honor and commitment, earning him an honorable discharge with the rank of Specialist E4. After his military service, Dale embarked on a long and fulfilling career as a Mill Laborer for Pfizer, where he worked diligently for over 30 years. Following his retirement, Dale found joy and purpose in his role as a crossing guard for the Wilson School District. Dale was a lifelong member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Lehigh Valley Chapter #415, where he found camaraderie and support among fellow veterans. He was also a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus. Beyond his professional and community endeavors, Dale found joy in life’s simpler pleasures. He was an avid collector of commemorative coins. His unwavering loyalty to the Philadelphia Eagles was a testament to his steadfast nature, cheering them on through both victories and defeats. Perhaps Dale’s greatest joy in life was his family. He had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren, whom he delighted in spoiling at every opportunity. His warmth, generosity, and loving spirit will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Dale is survived by his children; Kimberly Wildrick and her husband, Christian, of Easton, PA, Shawn Kilpatrick and his wife, Dr. Megan, of Pittsburgh, PA, Crystal Helton, of Philadelphia, PA and Dale Kilpatrick, Jr. and his companion, Sonya, of Easton, PA, and his grandchildren; Jordan Wildrick, Gavin Weis, Alyssa Wildrick, Anne, Colleen and Claire Kilpatrick, Isabella and Patrick Helton and Anthony Ventura. Along with his parents, Dale was predeceased by his son, Scott Kilpatrick, who passed away in 1989, his former wife and friend, MaryAnn Kilpatrick, who passed in 2020 and his brothers; Donald, Russel, Richard and Ray Kilpatrick.

A Viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated the following morning, Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA. Cremation will then occur privately following the Mass.
