Joseph “Charlie” Nagy, 67, formerly of Summit, NJ and Palmer Township, PA, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
Born on June 24, 1957, in New Kensington, PA, he was the son of Ethel (Ludman) Nagy and the late Joseph Nagy.
Charlie was an avid animal lover who greatly enjoyed spending his time camping and fishing. He also loved going to the New Jersey Shore, always making sure to head to Wildwood, NJ every summer.
Along with his mother, Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Cara (Wojtach) Nagy, his children; Nicole Nagy and her fiancé, Andrew, Kevin Nixon, Lisa Jefferson and her husband, Rodney and Amanda Duckworth and her husband, Kris, his grandchildren; Madisen, Kyley, Mason, Bailey and Harper, his siblings, Steve Nagy and his wife, Geri, Elizabeth Daum and her husband, Donald and Robert Nagy and his wife, Joy, and his many nieces and nephews.
Services are to be held privately. The Finegan Funeral Home of Easton, PA, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Donations may be made, in Charlie’s name, to the local animal shelter of one’s choice.
