Karen Leah (Craig) Casey Obituary

Karen Leah (Craig) Casey, 51, of Whitehall, PA, passed away on August 8, 2024. She was born on July 30, 1973, in Easton, PA.

She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Logan Patrick Casey and Gavin Matthew Casey, her husband, Kevin Casey, her mother, Nancy Zellner and her companion, David, her father, Ronald Craig and stepmother, Irma, her sister, Carol Zellman and her husband, Arnold, her brother, Ronald Craig, Jr. and his wife, Sherry, her nephew, Ryan Sutton, her niece, Sarah Sutton and her youngest nephew, Carter Craig as well as her many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Karen graduated from Easton Area High School with her class of 1991. Her professional journey included a career in contracting and financial management at MCS, Cigna, Medarex and Bellerophon. Karen enjoyed traveling, softball, deep-sea fishing, camping, reading, working out, walking, and loved attending her children’s sporting events.

Karen absolutely adored her two sons and spending time with her family, her cat Baz, and her two dogs, Maverick & Maddie. She was an avid Patriots football fan. One of her favorite hobbies was making handmade art for her children. She was also known as Aunt “Kabo”.

In her younger years, Karen played soccer, basketball, softball and was also a cheerleader for Easton Midgets and she attended Easton Catholic Elementary School.

A Viewing is scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA, 18045, with a Prayer Service to immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making contributions directly to Karen’s sons, Logan and Gavin, to assist them with the cost of their educations. The Finegan Funeral Home will gladly assist in forwarding any donations that arrive in the mail to Karen’s family.
