Margarita “Rita” Rodriguez, 49, of Easton, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away on April 17, 2024. Rita was born on December 17, 1974, to Francisco and the late Norma (Ramos) Rodriguez, in Easton, PA.
She attended the Easton Area High School and worked as a caregiver for many years. Rita enjoyed cooking, dancing, and being with her friends and family. She loved watching sports and was an avid New York Giants fan.
Rita is survived by her son, Roberto Morales, grandson, Noel, father, Francisco Rodriguez, sister, Elizabeth Flores (Robert), brother, Daniel Rodriguez and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma.
A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Friday, April 26, 2024, at the Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church,132 South 5th Street, Easton, PA, with a Calling Hour to begin at 9:30 AM and the Mass to follow at 10:30 AM. The inurnment will then be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Easton, PA.
