Ralph V. Adinolfe, 79, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on August 11, 2024, at New Eastwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Easton, PA.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, Ralph was a graduate of Dickinson High School, where he was a kicker for the football team. He was a lifelong fan of the NY Giants and enjoyed reading the sports pages of the daily newspapers.
A consummate businessman and illustrious salesman, Ralph was a renowned newspaper and magazine publisher. He founded the weekly Tri-Town News in Jackson, NJ, and the Union County Voice Magazine, in Union, NJ.
Not one to be satisfied with a life of retirement, at 76 years old, he and his lifelong friend decided to create the Lehigh Valley Voice Magazine.
A big kid at heart, he and the love of his life Michele “Shelly” Gelles spent many wonderful trips to Disney World where, during one special trip, he got down on one knee and proposed in front of Cinderella’s Castle.
His family takes comfort that he is now with his beloved mother, Antoinette, and sister, Madeline.
Left to cherish his memory are daughter Donna Adinolfe (Christopher Gnad) and son Brian Adinolfe (Dawn); sister Janet Brennan (Tommy) and brother Alan (Ida); nephew Ryan Brennan (Michelle) and niece Desiree Adinolfe; two great nephews and one great niece; and lifelong friend and business partner, Bob Bennett.
