RoseAnn Confalone Freed, 76, of Easton, PA, formerly of Greensburg, PA, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
Born on November 28, 1949, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elvera Confalone Timmins and Faustio Joseph Confalone.
RoseAnn earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in English. She graduated from Bloomsburg University and Penn State University. She taught English in the Salisbury School District at the Salisbury Junior High school. She was also involved with the Drama Club, helped to organize school productions. Later in life, she also worked in the Food-Restaurant Industry.
RoseAnn is survived by her son, R. Chase Freed, of Phillipsburg, NJ, her three sisters, Patricia DeCheine and her husband, Steve DeCheine, of Easton, PA, Christina Albright and her husband, Stephen Albright, of Phillipsburg, NJ, and Kim Williams and her husband, Greg Williams, of Easton, PA and her two nieces, Brittany DeCheine, of Easton, PA and Riley Williams, of Wind Gap, PA.
RoseAnn loved the theater, loved working in the garden, and taking vacations with her family to Ocean City, Maryland. RoseAnn had an eye for fashion. She was very talented in decorating and gave beauty to everything she created. RoseAnn was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and most of all she loved spending time with her family.
RoseAnn will be greatly missed by all who knew her, never forgotten and will be with us always.
